Data Protection Notice

This notice has been prepared by Başaran Orman Ürünleri as data controller, in respect of the processing of your personal data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Personal data processed

In quotation and contact requests submitted through our website, we process your name, company name, email address, telephone number and the information you share regarding your enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed for the purpose of assessing your enquiry, preparing a quotation and communicating with you, on the basis of Articles 5/2-(c) and (f) of the KVKK and your explicit consent.

Transfer

Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than where required by law.

Retention

Your data is retained for the periods prescribed by the relevant legislation following conclusion of your enquiry, and is deleted or anonymised at the end of that period.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access your data, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. You may submit such requests through our contact channels.
